Veggie burger catastrophic, without sauce?? Buns dry, not even toasted. We won't order there again.

Phew, difficult to rate. It was nice, the food was also good, the truffle fries especially. The Moscow Mule wasn't carbonated, wasn't that hot, but otherwise everything was fine. Things got weird when it came to paying. I ordered a vegetarian cheeseburger. A vegetarian cheeseburger (?) was delivered to me. A Luoisiana burger with extra cheese was charged. The cheeseburger cost €13.90. I paid €18.30 for my burger. So it cost €4.40 to leave out the meat and put a vegetarian patty on it. When I complained, I had to discuss it. Ultimately I had to accept it. The fact that you list the “Veggie Bun” option on the menu for €1.20 only leads to further confusion. “Veggie” is the short form for “vegetarian”. When we ordered, we both assumed that you meant a “veggie patty” and that the “bun” was simply a typo. Why else would you label a roll as “vegetarian” and add a surcharge? Apparently the typo was in “Veggie” and should actually be called “Vegan Bun”. OK. Apparently you don't have any vegetarian cheeseburgers. You would have liked to have clarified this beforehand instead of charging some other burger at a ridiculous price. It was a nice evening, I'll accept a bad cocktail if the rest is good. The lack of transparency in billing bothers me a little more. What I think is particularly wrong are such blatant surcharges for vegetarian alternatives. If I'm charged €4.40 for a vegetarian patty plus your purchase price for the beef patty, I honestly don't want to think about the quality of your meat.
