SHAMELESS!!! 1 star is even too much! We came from another city and waited in line outside. We were told that we had to wait 10 minutes, but the next customers who came after us were taken on without a reservation. Very unfriendly. They even mentioned that we were first, then the employees made strange facial expressions. I would I advise you to take the saying “customer satisfaction comes first” more seriously...
