I ate there with two children. We ordered, among other things, a large and a small fries. Both were the same size, but were charged differently. The gyro was very dry. When other customers tried to pay by card and, due to a lack of knowledge, swiped their cards in front of the reader too many times, the owner completely lost his temper and spent several minutes yelling loudly and getting extremely upset. Due to this unacceptable behavior towards customers and employees, I will not enter this establishment again.

I've been a customer of El Greco for years and would say I've ordered around 150 pizzas from them in the last three years. Today I had an experience that was also new to me. I ordered something to eat and also had an order from El Greco in my shopping cart. When I noticed this, I called immediately (7 minutes later) and wanted to clear up the misunderstanding. I understand that an order is a purchase contract, but to be told the pizza was already on its way (7 minutes after ordering) and didn't arrive for 20 minutes made me feel really ripped off. Not even a sign of understanding, despite years of ordering. As I said, I know it's difficult to cancel something like this, but it was clear to me that after this incident, I never wanted to order from a place like this again. The way they treat their customers and regulars is definitely not a priority at this place.

Everything was delicious and the environment very friendly

Food is good, but when you order via Lieferando, the comments are somehow always overlooked, you can also write twice or three times that you DON'T want something, but then it's still on it, in it or over it, for the second time today, I find it annoying when I'm hungry and have to start sorting through the food because I don't like something or have an allergic reaction to it

Gyro plate to take away. Fries absolutely not finished, which is incomprehensible for a single customer. Gyros well seasoned but very dry.

Just don't order here! How the 5-star reviews came about is a mystery to me. Prices are constantly rising, but quality is falling. Unfortunately I only ever ordered via Lieferando, so I didn't know what the inside of the store looked like. According to reviews here, you should send the health department there unannounced. In general, the food is made without devotion, greasy and almost certainly unhealthy

Gyros was greasy, almost raw and unseasoned. Unfriendly and annoyed on the phone and also on site. A rather unfavorable combination - especially given the prices.

Last ordered here years ago - now I remember why I left it behind. I ate there today. Unfriendly staff, musty atmosphere and unappetizing food.
