I have visited Kouzina several times in the last few years and have always been impressed. Unfortunately, my opinion changed this year. The service and friendliness of the staff are no longer what I was used to. The prices no longer seem justified compared to the quality and portions. The portions have generally become smaller, which I found unfortunate. On my last visit we had to wait 90 minutes for our food and unfortunately some dishes were missing which then resulted in another 30 minute wait. Despite these negative experiences, I have to say that the food we finally received was very tasty. Anyone who is willing to accept the long waiting times and the inconvenience will be rewarded with an enjoyable meal.
