I'm a little disappointed 😞 I had ordered a table for us (10 people) for the Christmas party two weeks in advance. So far so good...we should get the table in the small room. Well, we should. My bowling club arrives beaming with joy, we go in and it says....yes, there's still room for 17 people in the back 😳. Okay, we had space but not a bit of Christmas decorations, the candles were already very low. It didn't look like it was reserved... a shame😔. We were forced to make the best of it... the food and service were great, so there's nothing to complain about. But if I order the table in advance for a Christmas party, that's disappointing...

We had registered for a company party. The date and room for the celebration were arranged and booked in person in advance in the restaurant. The week in which the celebration was supposed to take place, we were there again and agreed on the final number of people and the food. When the time came and we arrived, the agreed room was occupied and we were supposed to sit in the normal guest room. A long L-shaped table on one side of which a bench on the wall should serve as seating. (For 26 people) Very adventurous if someone wanted to go to the toilet on the bank side. Everyone had to stand up. When we expressed our displeasure at the beginning, we were treated very harshly by the waitress. At first it was said that it would be our problem if there were more of us. We weren't! When we said that not everyone could fit at the table, another table was added to the L. Then the options were exhausted and it wasn't enough. Ultimately, 4 people were able to find space in the other area of the dining room. It's just unfortunate, at a company party... Well, okay. It can happen, but the way they tried to correct the error was very unprofessional and a shame. But it didn't get any better. The food came very slowly and drinks often took a long time to arrive or didn't come at all. The failure to clear the glasses was humorously commented on: "Oh, let's clear the glasses, otherwise it will look so drunk." During a round of ouzo that was handed out, some girls wanted to have two different shots each. According to the service, that didn't work! Just one drink! I'm just wondering who actually paid for the bum? Us or the waitress? There are various other examples such as the dessert, the friendliness of the service, waiters who turned up their noses when they brought food, etc. When we asked at the end how they could accommodate us, as the evening had been very unfortunate, there was no insight into this. It was still said, “We tried hard!” NO YOU didn't! The food tasted good as always! But we didn't realize that effort was being made! There was then a voucher for what I think was a low amount, considering how much money the evening made with 26 people...
