I don't want to have to listen to a complete stranger/service provider I don't know who I just want to buy from when I ask whether a product they offer is vegan. I stand by my way of life and can ignore stupid sayings, but when someone tells me “We don’t kill animals, but going to war and killing people is no problem” then my understanding stops. On every corner we talk about “live and let live”, “tolerance” towards other forms of life, etc., but then something like that.
