It's not just that you don't show that the restaurant is closed. And if you go there for no other reason, you will also be insulted. Says everything about owners and restaurants!!
The food was OK, but the service was unfortunately unfriendly. The older gentleman in particular wasn't very nice, which made the atmosphere unpleasant. At the end of our visit we didn't feel welcome.
Went there spontaneously yesterday. You were immediately welcomed in a very friendly and courteous manner. From starters to dessert, everything tasted really good. The ambience is also very stylish. I can only recommend a visit here 👍
We are very surprised about the invoice for the room rent for our previous owners' meeting in July 2024 on your premises. Approximately €175 for a 30-minute stay on a working day, which is already closed, plus 3 additional drinks for a fee and arranged by a direct relative (our property manager at the time) and without the consent of the owners' association. Well, we probably won't see the money again, especially since the property manager has now left.
Es war wirklich sehr lecker und gut. Die Menge war ausreichend und der Service war sehr aufmerksam.Wir haben mit 4 Personen vier verschiedene Speisen gewählten es hat allen sehr gut geschmeckt.
We ate there as part of a larger group on March 15, 2025. The restaurant is set back next to a residential area, and there are plenty of parking spaces. It is comfortably furnished, if somewhat austere in places. The only problem, however, was that it was far too cold. Many guests were still wearing their (winter) jackets while eating (!), unless they had a thick sweater with them. The dining room was cold, the restrooms, on the other hand, were freezing (outside temperature), and there were no paper towels. These were not replenished even after a complaint. Turning up the heating after the guests had already arrived, with temperatures just above zero outside, didn't help much. The food arrived very late, after about 35-40 minutes. It was good, but not outstanding. The prices are rather high (for that). The service was very friendly and active; the lady repeatedly came to the table of her own accord. Payment is only possible in cash directly at the cash register. You also receive a receipt there, and everything is correctly accounted for. We might come back in the summer and try out the outdoor spaces.
After his move, the owner of the “Neue Post” in Pähl is expected to open his restaurant there soon! Croatian and German dishes, always a recommendation! Let yourself be surprised!
