The food is always good and delicious. Since we don't live in the area, we don't go there very often, but we go at least once a year; it's a must. I highly recommend it 😋.

A really great, rustic atmosphere. The term “the slightly different pub” completely fits here. Service super friendly and attentive, the "red flag" works perfectly. Waiting for the food was too long, but in the end the taste was great (fresh ingredients on the pizza, delicious seasoned meat) and the prices were really fair. We are happy to recommend it and would come back if we stay in Eibenstock again.

I had booked an overnight stay with breakfast there. The owner, Mr. Klaproth, is nice and accommodating. The room is functionally equipped and there are separate on-site parking spaces. The breakfast was rich and sufficient and the price-performance ratio was good for both the overnight stay and the food. There is only a deduction because I was missing a few things in the equipment, such as a separate garbage (waste) bin in the room and a shelf in the shower. You should also not book a room on the top floor directly under the roof in midsummer (hot & stuffy). There are two large windows in the room for ventilation, but unfortunately the tram passes directly in front of the inn (until 1 a.m. and from 4 a.m.). There is also a street intersection with a relatively large amount of car traffic. If all of this doesn't bother you and you don't necessarily need or expect 5 stars, you'll be in good hands or accommodated at the Gasthof & Pension "Stadt Dresden". I will definitely stay there again sometime. So a clear recommendation from me. 👍

Great pub with good service, perfect for drinking beer and chatting.

The waiting time for the food is extremely long, but you can also have a long conversation or play cards :-)

Unfortunately, the restaurant has been closed for some time, but you can rent the clock-like former guest room with kitchen and even stay overnight.

We went to the Firebirds concert. We weren't in the restaurant.

A really good place, the food tasted excellent. The ambience is exceptional and really stands out from the crowd. I can only recommend the restaurant.

We celebrated their birthdays with Manu and Gabi at the weekend. Small but cozy rooms. It was fun and the service and food were excellent. We enjoyed it. Kind regards Peter and Ingrid

Well, there's a need for an overhaul.

The beer is pretty expensive and pretty sh*t. They pour the beer the wrong way (amateurs) and they wash their glasses the wrong way. The staff is not nice (but they will request a tip), at least the garden is okay. (I'm Czech, so I know a lot about how to pour and drink beer)

Cozy little pub with good beer. Otherwise the food was ok and cheap, just the portions were a bit small. All in all a quaint pub with a nice landlord. My main criticism is actually the food, everything else was great.
