You order Cola and get Aldi or Lidl Cola. I've never experienced that before either.

After tonight I thought I would leave a kind word. I was there tonight with nine Scots to watch Celtic. It can be a bit tiring considering the boys' alcohol level, but the staff here were really super friendly, big compliments! Next time I'm in Dortmund, we'll see each other again. :)

Great store for years! I was there yesterday with two friends on Wednesday. Very friendly and attentive service. The store is spotlessly clean. Restrooms are also spotless!! Keep it up!

Top shop for beer and nice people.

The ambiance is fantastic, a great place to settle in and feel at home. The service annoyed me a little, as they didn't tell me my food would take longer (almost an hour), and then, even after they "remembered" me, it was only lukewarm. If they had been more honest about it from the start, I wouldn't have been so upset. It was still delicious in the end, and I still got it.

There were three of us there and we were rudely told that we were only allowed to use the voucher book with two or four people. "You wouldn't give away food." We were totally peaceful and accepted it that way. We were then charged more, which we later realized. The gyro was very greasy and almost cold. We got through the voucher book and won't come back. The waitress was really not in a good mood that day.

I wrote two years ago and so far my opinion has been confirmed again and again. Today we were completely ignored at the counter by the male staff. When the female waiter pointed this out to him, he shrugged his shoulders and asked “what should I do now?” This restaurant is very lucky that many people park here for BVB games and stop in after the game until the street is clear. That's the only reason I go here occasionally, even though I wrote back then that I would never come again. I regret that the club has no alternative to this incompetent landlord.

Long-established cult gastro pub with a rustic ambience. Great, friendly and quick service! The breakfasts are recommended, rich and tasty at a fair price. Keep it up girls 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
