Unfortunately closed for renovation

After a visit to the cinema we wanted to go there on October 10th. Have dinner at the Chameleon. Unfortunately the kitchen was already closed due to too few guests. And we were disappointed and hungry. But the very nice, friendly lady who served us solved the problem excellently. She made us 2 breads out of the box with our desired toppings, pickles and tomatoes. Delicious!!!!!! I just thought it was great how the "problem" was quickly solved competently and to our more than complete satisfaction. You wish you had something like that more often. Thanks again!!!!! And again at any time

Nice, attentive service, not intrusive. Old German schnitzel with salad and fries was very tasty and beautifully presented on the plates. Well tapped pilsner and shandy. The place is newly renovated 😀 Staff is really nice. Big praise to the entire team including the chef.

It's been a long time since we had such a nice meal as we did today! The food came after a very short time, the service is super nice and uniquely humorous :) The portions were more than enough and with the sangria the holiday feeling was complete! So a big recommendation, we will definitely come back and look forward to it ❤️ thank you that there are still such great restaurants with heart and charm that will be remembered ☺️

Just a classic pub. Fast service, beer ice cold, perfect... And there is smoking! The next morning you knew you were in the pub 😉

I'm only in Erlensee for a short time, but by far the best pub here. Staff (boss) is a really cool guy. Prices are right. And you have to experience the rest yourself. 👍

Excellent rump steak (I eat it maybe twice a year). Nice service from the boss from Croatia. There are also Balkan-style schnitzel variations, and zander is also on offer. Vegetarians are also well served. The weak point is the Bitburger beer, which is unfortunately often available in the area. Luckily there are also Ebbelwei and Benedictine Whites from Lich.
