Very friendly and accommodating. We went there spontaneously on my birthday without having booked a table, which is best to do. The restaurant is small but nice. It was made possible for us to stay there and eat. The food was super tasty and plentiful. If we are in Hamburg again we would like to come back.

Ordered earlier and there's a review straight away. I had it delivered to the truck in a parking lot. Worked smoothly. Delivery time was to the minute as stated by email. The delivery person was super friendly. Now to the actual thing. The double cheeseburger was great. Tasted excellent. Nice and juicy. Well covered. This is how cheese should taste. I don't write a review very often, but it has to go out. Thank you, I'm full and it was very tasty.

Hadn't ordered there that often before, but thought it was good there. In the end, it was all very strange overall. The food was supposed to be there in 45 minutes, but it came after just under 20, which isn't bad. When you wanted to pay, the driver simply drove away, even though you said you wanted to pay with cash. The food was average. It could be that you ordered the wrong thing, but I found it better at Yoko, for example, where it is significantly cheaper. What was a bit problematic was that the order wasn't quite correct. Afterwards we called the restaurant and said that we were not “allowed” to pay and that something went wrong with our order. Instead of thanking her for her honesty, the woman simply said that her colleague would come by again. We even offered to do this via Paypal, but according to the employee, this wasn't possible because of the billing. On the subject of something going wrong with the order, she simply said that wasn't true. Oh well. Then the colleague came over and took the payment. When he was again told that something had gone wrong with the order, including proof, he didn't have an answer. In the end he didn't even give us change before we had to open the door again to point it out. Well, I would have given a tip anyway, but not like that. And then he didn't even have enough money to change money. It would actually have been funny if they had insisted on it again to see what would have happened. Well, in summary: We won't be ordering there anymore. You don't need to be a gastronomy expert to see that they have absolutely no idea about service. I wish the readers of the review a nice day :).
