However, after 5 p.m. the buffet costs €20. It's relatively expensive for the quality. There is sushi, fries, chicken nuggets, fried rice, fried noodles, fried duck, fried shrimp, fried mushrooms and much more. Sometimes there is also a chocolate fountain in which fruits can be dipped. Meats available after 5pm include zebra, crocodile, kangaroo, beef, pork, chicken and turkey. Once prepared, this meat is automatically brought to your table by a robot, which I think is very cool.

The buffet price is too high for that. Unfortunately, as a single guest, I was treated worse than guests who were two or more. Didn't feel welcome. The waiter and other MA ignored me when I wanted to pay. When I got up, he didn't come until I asked. All other guests were asked if they would like a calendar - fortune cookies were automatically distributed. Not with me, only when asked did he start to get slightly annoyed. I should have asked if I wanted that- his comment. There was no fortune cookie - suddenly it was either or. It was different at the next table. I didn't take anything with me and won't eat here again. 30€ wasted for not a nice evening.

We would have liked to eat here today. However, an older woman was told she had to wait at the front door until a table was assigned to her and was expelled from the table where she was seated. You could tell that the lady wasn't in very good health. Despite everything, the lady got up, but then suffered a faint attack! Strangely enough, "all" of the Phoenix staff suddenly disappeared!!!!!????? Other guests who saw what was happening took great care of the elderly lady when she almost collapsed! There was no apology to the elderly lady from the staff or management of the restaurant. As we later found out, she is "91 years old" and after a long, serious illness, she had been shopping at "Adler" very carefully for the first time for over a year with her daughter, who had in the meantime brought something to the car and is herself severely disabled To top it all off, go out for a delicious meal. Unfortunately, this was exploited for you by the “unserious, unprofessional, characterless employees and management”! For us, the topic of food at Phönix has now been settled... and we will continue to report on it and report on it! A special gag is a robot that brings the plates from the grill directly to the table. For guests who had a birthday, there were quite a few that evening, the robot brought a present and played Happy Birthday. The staff was attentive and friendly. Despite all the pleasant impressions, I have to mention that the temperature of the buffet food was sometimes too low to lukewarm. That was a bit of a downer on what was otherwise a pleasant evening at the Phoenix. There is still air (temperature) up here.

Service: We, 6 people, felt uncomfortable because we were given the feeling of not being welcome. We watched customers being laughed at by the staff. I've been there several times, whether as a couple or with family or friends, and it's always been good to my taste. Personally, I love the soup from the buffet (see picture) and always start my buffet course with it. In general, there is a lot to choose from when it comes to meat and side dishes, as well as dessert options. I also find it very nice and practical to put together your own dishes (in the evening) with different spices, even for people with allergies. I would recommend making a reservation on the weekend if you want to eat out with a larger group just to be on the safe side.

The tables are constantly cleared to make room for supplies, and waiters are always approachable and friendly. As expected, the ambience is typical - nothing special. Serving robots have been in use for some time. Of course, welcome wine and a fortune cookie to say goodbye are also included. There's really nothing to complain about.
