Was there today. Lots of activity and therefore long waiting times. Okay in itself. But I think it's unfair to wait 10 minutes and not even be able to place an order. Another person comes and can order before me.
If you politely point out that you've just been treated roughly, you'll be met with "You didn't call." I find the comment that I haven't even been able to order for 10 minutes and the statement that I'll have a nice day to come to you to be outrageous.
It's not about me having to wait long. It's about me acting like everyone else and simply not being served. It is also logical that people who have ordered by phone get their order faster and the shop owner has to manage this. The point here is that I get in line and someone else who apparently hasn't called himself gets in line before me. With good customer service, I would have expected that my order would be taken.
At least I know where I probably won't go anymore.
If you like Italian food with fresh fish and seafood, you've come to the right place at the first Italian restaurant in Worms. Small, fine and individual. Simply say what you would like and the wish will come true. fulfilled.
This isn't pizza, these are works of art
Our reservation for a table for coffee and cake was rejected. A visit to "Gut Glück" hasn't worked out for two years because there are so few places. But it's not worth going out to eat either. It's the only café on site.
I have known this restaurant since I was a child and the food has always been excellent. The rump steak was cooked to perfection, the staff was always friendly and the atmosphere was very pleasant. In summer you can sit beautifully on the terrace with a view of the pond. Why wander into the distance when the good is so close!
We used to be regular customers at Carlo's but now it's just cheap salad dressing that tastes the same. The pizzas are baked too quickly and some are black on the bottom and my calzone is a disaster. I wanted a small one but got a large one and the dough wasn't cooked through so bad that I had to throw the food away. The dough has no taste and the spaghetti inside isn't bad either, which is a shame but we won't be coming back.
The ambience is not only chic, but also stylish and high quality. The staff is customer oriented and very honest. The food was incredibly good and I have already recommended the restaurant to others!
