We were there on a Sunday afternoon. The store was very busy and we didn't have a reservation. After a short wait we were assigned a table. But that was almost the only positive thing about our visit. There was no "hello" or "good day" to greet us and when the food was brought to us after a three-quarter hour wait, it was just put down without a word! Not very customer friendly....! There was also no question as to whether everything was okay during the meal. No one preferred to show up. Unfortunately the food was only mediocre. It arrived lukewarm and the meat from the lamb burger was fried to death. Even with a knife it was almost impossible to handle. What a shame! We are very disappointed with this visit and hope that the service staff will be trained in what proper guest service should look like. Something can always go wrong when preparing food, and I understand that, especially when there's a lot going on. But that's exactly when the service staff is needed and can sort things out with a smile or a kind word!

Tip top. We always order there. No matter whether on site or home delivery. The food is very tasty, the employees are very quick and very friendly. Keep it up.

Opening hours until 5 p.m. However, 80% of meals are only served until 4 p.m. Service very unfriendly. What was still on display was, in terms of taste, left over from the lunch table…. Unfortunately it hasn't been the usual quality for a long time. It's a shame it's the last time!

Pizza was OK, although only lukewarm. The lasagna was just disgusting. It tasted like it was several days old. Unfortunately the burger was totally dry. The patty was absolutely over the top. Fries limp and cold. And what kind of herb butter is that?? So either your butter was rancid or you have no idea. Honestly never again! Now lying here awake with nausea and stomach pain. Thanks for that!!!

Instead of a 26 pizza, only a 24 pizza is delivered!

I got two kebabs there today, the meat tasted old (I had other people try the meat). The bread was very soggy and it just didn't taste good. After less than half an hour I already have a stomach ache. So the kebab is not recommended. In addition, I had to wait 15-20 minutes for 2 kebabs (the store was empty).

We were there on a Saturday and were lucky to get a spot spontaneously, as you can't make a reservation on the same day! Unfortunately we received an incredibly rude welcome. When we asked if we had made a reservation and said no, the response was "I don't feel like discussing it now," a reaction that was surprising and inappropriate. No "you" and generally no "welcome" behavior. The waitress was very nice and made an effort. The only thing that was shocking was that she touched the salad without gloves and then or beforehand served, cleared away or made payments. Absolutely unappetizing and a no-go in a restaurant. Luckily the food was still delicious, except for the “silent” shandy. We were there in the past (2024) and everything was good.

We were there in the afternoon and apparently the opening times had been changed because it was closed even though it was constantly displayed online! That's quite annoying because we wanted to stop there with 6 adults and 5 children! Nobody could be reached by phone and a sign on the door would have been nice too! Very annoying 😠

Fast delivery but the food is not recommended. The pizzas were comparable to frozen pizza. Unfortunately I wouldn't order there again.
