Once a year we go to the Fischstube Essen here when we cut down a Christmas tree not far away. Unfortunately it was the last time this time as the restaurant closed on January 1st. is closed. We regret it very much as we always enjoyed it very much. With the tiled stove it was always incredibly cozy and you could also see Lake Mellensee from the window.

A wonderful experience! We had a great visit and were warmly looked after from start to finish. What was particularly impressive was how the boss personally looks after all the guests - you immediately feel welcome and valued. In addition, we had an interview for an upcoming family celebration, and all of our wishes were taken into consideration attentively. It was clearly noticeable that a lot of heart and passion was put into the work here. The food was excellent, the service was first class, and the atmosphere was simply comfortable. We are already looking forward to our next visit!
