The food was prepared with fish. The burgers and fries were hot. Restrooms were clean. There were no waits at the McDonald's Drive-Thru. The parking lot was clean. The green spaces were littered with McDonald's wrappers. Relatively quiet at McDonald's.

And every time the orders weren't correct, either something was missing or the orders were wrong, as in this case the bigmac was only half full. And the royal cheese was missing the extra beef which cost 1.20 extra. This is also how you can make sales.
