When I went to place my order, I was treated extremely rudely by an employee at the checkout. Before I could even fully express my order, she asked me in a condescending tone if I was "kidding" her. I calmly explained that I just wanted to order a drink, but instead of responding to my wishes, she continued to react unfriendly and irritably. To my surprise, she continued her disrespectful behavior, which completely alienated me as a customer. It is not acceptable to be treated like this when you just want to politely order something. Fortunately, another employee intervened and resolved the situation professionally and respectfully. His friendly and helpful manner defused the incident a little, but the experience with the rude employee remains unforgettable for me. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect in every situation - regardless of how stressful the work day may be. I hope that such incidents are taken seriously by management and that steps are taken to improve staff behavior. The experience was disappointing and I will consider visiting this branch again in the future.
