Ünlü Kebap in Frankfurt am Main

I saw online that the store is open until 3:00 a.m., so I went there to buy something to eat. It wasn't even 11:00 p.m. when an employee yelled at me to throw me out of the store, telling me it was closed. I was shocked by his actions.

I had a Doner sandwich and Doner salad. Food was really nice. Friendly folks in Kitchen! Happy to recommend!

Flight was delayed and had a few hours to kill. Was craving Donör and this place crushes it. Friendly service and delicious sandwich.

My first meal in Frankfurt after flying from Taiwan. There was no queue at all, but it was actually as delicious as the reviews said. There were people working out outside the door using the iron rods used for construction. It was really cool. I recommend everyone to come and have a look.

Absolutely unacceptable. Employees sit on the street, shouting loudly on their phones, yelling at passersby and insulting their mothers. I will never eat there again.

If you're looking for flavor, think again. There were no friendly faces or professional staff. They were only open around 10:00 PM.

Well-located kebab shop, a stone's throw from the central station. Two choices of meat, for my part I chose the lamb and really wasn't disappointed (apart from having finished... I wanted another one!!) "Baklava" for dessert. Very good! 4 stars for the atmosphere/frequentation of the neighborhood but nothing bad. Bis bald!

I once saw a free kebab being given out to someone in need here. It was simply a great way to help. I think that's great. And it tastes great there!

Worst kebab ever, no flavor, hardly any sauce, and even if there was, it tasted like water. For €8.50, you get 20g of meat with a bit of salad and dry bread.

Good quality meat, but a long wait. The food tasted okay, especially the cevapcici, which was well seasoned. Unfortunately, we had to wait almost 40 minutes, even though it wasn't busy. Perhaps an isolated incident, but the impression remains mixed.

This kebab shop is located on the ground floor, very close to Frankfurt Central Station. You can choose between beef or chicken kebab. I had a roll, which was a huge portion and only cost 9 euros, so it felt like a great deal!

Yesterday I ordered from the restaurant through Wolt and I should say that the food was delicious and perfect . The doner teller was worth for that price and was perfectly packed . All together I am really happy about the food from this restaurant and I will recommend it to my friends because it is one of the best doner in Frankfurt.

Finally, a decent, honest kebab. Sauces that don't taste like mayonnaise or anything else. No piri-piri or other nonsense.... The price/performance ratio is right! You'll be full from one kebab!!!

Today, we ordered four kebabs with friends using the Wolt app – the delivery arrived earlier than expected, and the food was truly delicious! The restaurant took our comments into consideration, for which we are very grateful. The only suggestion for improvement: It would be great if they could add a paid option for extra sauce to the app. Thanks again – we'd be happy to order again! Highly recommended! :)

I got a kebab and the bread wasn't even half full. The portion size is pretty cheeky. If they weren't so stingy with the toppings, it would be a good kebab.

I was at Ünlü Kebap today – I treated myself to two doner kebabs and a dürüm, everything was simply amazing! The meat was perfectly seasoned, the bread was fresh, and the sauces were perfect. The price/performance ratio was also excellent. One of the best places in the area, I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Addendum to the owner's response: There wasn't a line of people; two people were eating when we were there, and no one else was in front of or behind us. They even asked if we were on the first train because it was quiet. The man who took our order (tall, with big glasses) and cashed the order even stood outside after our order, and I asked him if it was normal for the doner kebabs to be that big. He replied with a yes! The Fanta, by the way, was a 0.5-liter bottle, and we even paid €4.50 per bottle. Two regular doner kebabs, one 0.5-liter Fanta, and one 0.5-liter Coke were €25! They call it a doner kebab! There was nothing in it, the bread was dry, and the sauces weren't particularly appealing, and for €8.50, the absolute rip-off was €4 for a Fanta. Apparently, they're just trying to make quick money from concertgoers who probably won't be back anyway. The next time we go to a concert in Frankfurt we'd rather go 100 meters further. We had lunch there and the kebab costs the same but it tastes really good.

As a regular customer for 10 years, I've clearly noticed the decline in quality, and from what I see here, negative criticism isn't even accepted. Even the friendliest employees in the world are no help. The meat is absolutely no longer fresh, tastes tough, and the color isn't nice either. Yesterday, some of it was green in the light. The sauces taste almost spoiled, and the pasta is also dry. It could be that the employees were a little tired, but that's not my problem. My stomach is churning today. It's stuffy inside the store, so even the few fans don't help much. It's not good for the food either. The prices (which I'm happy to pay for good food) aren't justified either. In other stores, you can get homemade bread, huge portions, very fresh meat, and additional ingredients for a euro more. Take criticism to heart. It seems very unprofessional to doubt criticism or to tell customers never to come back if they don't like it. For the 30-40 euros I pay each time, I allow myself to give honest feedback. But I definitely won't be spending my money there again.

I had dinner with a colleague last night after the Kendrick concert – and we were thrilled! The atmosphere was fantastic, the food incredibly delicious, and the service was consistently friendly and attentive. Everything was exactly as you'd expect. A restaurant I can definitely recommend!

We always got a great meal and went home with a smile. They even adapted the music for the Pitbull concert we were attending, and we had a little after-show party. Thanks for the service!

The kebab is around a 6-7/10, okay, but pretty standard. The staff were very friendly and could almost be described as entertaining. If you're craving a solid kebab late at night, this is a good place to go.

I don't understand the hate and negative comments!? I went there for the first time today and got a doner kebab and baklava. Everything was great! From the staff to the food and all the ingredients. And because I left a tip, I got a piece of baklava. These people love their customers, and that's the most important thing in my eyes. Would I recommend it? DEFINITELY!

Taste is really delicious, n it's opened late at night...

I was there with a group of three around 1 a.m., and despite the busy crowd, we were served quickly. I've rarely experienced such charismatic staff as here. The doner kebab is nothing like I haven't had before, but it definitely comes with plenty of toppings. For the price and at this time of day, it's more than satisfactory.

For years, this has been one of the few shops in Frankfurt that truly strives for quality and doesn't offer cheap products. The owner is there himself every day... great

My first time at Unulu Kebap. I ordered a lahmacun menu with yogurt and curry sauce. The menu cost €16.00. The taste was excellent, nothing to complain about, and much of it is homemade, except for the crispy patty. I was cycling from the trade fair, so I stopped there. The two gentlemen were very nice and friendly, and it was great to have a conversation. I highly recommend it.

The best kebab in town. No matter what time of day, the place is always open! The food is delicious and the portions are generous. The staff is helpful, friendly, and up for a joke. The atmosphere is also great; you immediately feel at home here.

I can't agree with the negative review. We were there today and received a warm welcome. On the recommendation of the "boss," we tried both the light and spicy versions of the kebab. Our reactions to the different spiciness levels caused laughter among the staff. 😀 The bread was fresh, and the meat, combined with the sauce and the spice, was delicious. The portion was perfectly sufficient for me and the others. We'd be happy to come back.

I recently visited Ünlü Kebab in Frankfurt – and I have to say: It was absolutely fantastic! The doner kebab was by far one of the best I've ever eaten – fresh, juicy, and simply delicious. The ingredients were of high quality and perfectly seasoned. What made the visit even better was the friendly service. Mustafa, in particular, was incredibly kind and accommodating – you really feel welcome here. So if you're in Frankfurt and craving a really good doner kebab, definitely visit Ünlü Kebab. You won't regret it!
