This was by far the worst Burger King I have ever experienced. First we had to wait 40 minutes even though we were told it would be quicker if we went in because the drive-thru was supposedly overwhelmed with 10 cars. Inside, the store was only half full, and yet it was complete chaos. Half of our 70 euro order was missing and the food was now cold. The staff seemed completely uncoordinated: one person puts something in the bag, the other takes it out again - an unprecedented mess. It seemed like no one was keeping track. To make matters worse, the kitchen staff's clothing was dirty, which left a very unprofessional impression. Overall, a disastrous experience that I have never experienced before. For me, that was definitely the last time I visited this branch. There is an urgent need for improvement here, both in organization and in hygiene.
