My order at the drive-thru was taken three times without any feedback as to whether I had been understood. I received my cold drink in a coffee mug (without a straw), my fries in the to-go bag (without salt), and two burgers that were smeared all over with ketchup/mustard. The franchisee relies a little too much on the brand name, and the franchisor will probably look the other way anyway.
