I was there with friends. Two of my friends' food arrived immediately, or rather within an acceptable time. For the other friend, it took ages because an employee wanted to prepare the meal personally and it took ages. When it finally arrived, he said, "Don't take it personally." This employee cannot separate personal from professional matters. It should be mentioned that this employee also served new customers before my friend and neglected her. This behavior has happened several times, and I can also say that on previous visits, the behavior towards me was very rude and at times offensive. After the food finally arrived, we immediately packed up our things and left because we found this behavior unacceptable. I'm not sure if this person is suitable for customer contact.
