The food is average to slightly above average. You can really eat or enjoy a drink here in a nice atmosphere. For me, however, the service is absolutely not professional. After we were seated, we waited 20 minutes for a menu. I then approached another waitress who wasn't responsible for us. Our order was then taken, but I found the tone of the service a bit rude. At the neighboring table we experienced how the guests were spoken to in a completely inappropriate tone just because they had changed tables on their own. The fact that this could possibly cause difficulties can be conveyed to the guests in a friendly, factual manner, but that was not the case here. I was very shocked about that. We had to check our conditions several times during our stay. Even after a brief eye contact, she didn't come to us. I think as an upscale Italian restaurant the service needs to be much more attentive and friendly.
