Describe it in one word: first class! We were guests here in a larger group on the occasion of an exam. We had lunch and dinner in Riva. Our service was excellent, the wine and food no less first class. What we/I particularly liked was that the warm and friendly Palatinate manner was always there. It was really wonderful! As a small recommendation, I can also pass on Bassermann-Jordan's cellar tour, which was very interesting.

Food ok, price/performance ratio doesn't fit. For example with the drinks or the side salad. Ambience also mediocre. And avoiding card payments if possible is actually a no go these days.

A culinary pearl! Don't be fooled by the fact that it's "just" a sports center. The entrance is also quite winding... BUT: We were 3 guests and everyone was absolutely thrilled. The adults had plain skewers with rice and gyros in a metaxa sauce with cheese gratin. Excellent!!!! Our child had Kinderschnitzel with fries. Everything was super delicious! We will come more often. Thank you Kosta for the delicious evening garnished with attentive service!

It was incredibly tasty and gave me a nice, woolly holiday feeling, even though it was raining outside 🍀 The tapas are exactly what you would expect anywhere in Spain, the wines are excellent (we had Spanish). For us it's a regular pub, rustic in the basement, we're already looking forward to the summer in the beer garden

VERY BIG CLASS! Went to the restaurant with the family on Easter Monday. Food great, service very attentive, friendly and quick. The atmosphere was also fragrant. Food looked so great that we had already started before I could take photos 😀 . We'll be back!

We were there today around 12:50 p.m. A spit roast was on the fire. Another customer warned us to wait to order. The reason: he had ordered and received a cold roast (from yesterday?), which was his guess. When ordering, we asked if we would get the new one, which was confirmed. Unfortunately, we also received an "old" roast. This was easy to tell because the meat was cold on the inside and not crispy on the outside. I don't think that's acceptable; it's rather cheeky. Hence the 2 stars.

Service, no, no, otherwise the menu is too big with conventional canned food, which is a disadvantage for Schlemmernblock users. Details: the side vegetables come from the Metro freezer, the meat in the bifteki was cold inside (yuck, it was minced meat before), the sheep's cheese dripped out in liquid, what was that, my wife asked, etc. And all the prices of the dishes have been increased by 4 euros. So to sum up, even for Schlemmernblock users, it's too expensive and not really Greek (you need training to make bifteki), no, no, not recommended. But training for the chef and the service is recommendable.

I can't rate the food and service, but it was very nice to drink a self-service wine spritzer there in the evening 😊👍

Very good wines, also mature treasures, good regional food, professional service and the boss is always available for a chat. A must for every Deidesheim stay! Top
