The end - the best and freshly baked Lahmacun in the south of Dortmund! Attention: change of ownership! From now on, it's a toasted finished product (my impression is that if they were homemade, they were made with too little salt and too much flour!) that then has the consistency of a crispy grandma: hard on the outside, soft and squishy on the inside. It's not even suitable as a wrapping..... it quickly becomes soggy and then tears along the entire length. The meat (chicken) (which I didn't order by the way) isn't bad but it didn't blow me away. Doesn't particularly stand out in terms of taste... Salad/vegetables, sheep's cheese, standard yogurt sauce. WHAT impressed me: the size/weight! Really fat portion for people who are really hungry Really a shame......😢.
