Best am very to find and very nice people

Minus 1 star. Everything was dirty, and the manager didn't wear gloves. Hygiene regulations weren't followed.

I had a very decent Kebab there after work. It's not the Hilton, but you can get a good Kebab for 9 euros.

Wanted a kebab plate but wanted salad and kebab separate. Had to pay almost 22 euros for a kebab plate never again

Yes, the best kebab was very tasty, and the pizza was also very well made. I was there on July 5th and 8th, 2025, and not alone. Very good service, a very good manager.

The kebab was impossible to finish because of its bad taste. Ayran had already expired several days ago. I called them, but there was no sign of any goodwill, and I didn't receive a new drink. I'm at a loss for words. I definitely won't eat there again...

Never seen anything like it before. Untidy staff. Wrapped kebabs. I ate a bit on the way and immediately threw it away. Luckily, I was just passing through, and that place won't see me again in my life.

The kebab man was nice, but very distracted and hectic while preparing my kebab. While he was trying to mark our kebab with a pen, the pen fell into the olives and the kebab skewer slipped off. The kebab shop smelled very burnt and of cigarettes. I personally didn't like the kebab because it was inedible, and the meat tasted very old and stale. The salad and sauces, however, were refreshing.

I don't recommend it, the food didn't arrive and it was marked as delivered and when you call they just hang up, terrible

Vallah, I got a stomach ache and diarrhea from eating it... I'm calling in sick from work tomorrow. The pizza and pizza rolls were completely raw and the ingredients were probably old, which is a disgrace. But at least the delivery guy was nice.

The service was very disappointing. I had ordered there before where it went well, but this time I simply lost my appetite. I will never order there again. The delivery service took more than an hour and they still didn't respond, even though that's normal. And at that price anyway. What's more, I didn't even get what I ordered.

The tortellini itself was a good protein, but in the future, why not add three pizza rolls to every pasta dish? That's what was needed. Even then, it would have been a solid 4 stars!

I was honestly disappointed, I had higher expectations. I don't recommend ordering there because the food is cold and soggy. The delivery also came way too late and there was a hair in my food and it didn't taste good. You can also say everything wasn't fresh and just disgusting. Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!

The quality of the dishes has deteriorated, they don't read the orders carefully and they deliver the wrong things and recently you have to ask for the rest 😏

My dream of Dürüm became hell... While I was eating, all the sauce spilled onto my clothes because the aluminum foil was too loose. The next day my stool had the same consistency as the sauce.

Ordered food online for delivery two hours later. Order was confirmed by email. Food never arrived and no one could be reached by phone.

I can't quite understand the many bad reviews, I've never eaten there, but it's even delivered to us as far as Rinkerode, of course in that case you have to accept 60 minutes, but that's completely acceptable It's okay! I also have to say, no matter when we called and something needed to be changed, they were always super friendly! The drivers were always friendly on site, the food always arrived hot and tasty despite the distance and every request was catered for. I can't say anything bad at all.

Food was well, delivery time was almost 80 minutes for 3 parts. Doner meat was definitely not good, but some kind of inferior pressed meat. Thanks but no ;)

Flies fly around, even on the meat. Unfortunately the hygiene is not there. Ordered pizzas/ kebab bread are touched with hands and cell phones and money are held in hand.

We ordered menu 2 which was a kebab bag with small fries. We got two hamburgers and a small fries. Service was quite OK, we only had to wait 10 minutes for our order to be taken even though there was nothing going on, the ambience makes you feel more like two in one as there was also a kind of kiosk inside.

Unfreundlich sobald man dort anruft und sagt was am essen nicht passt , und das jedes mal , jedes mal für Kleinigkeiten die im Lieferumfang von 6 km sind über 90 min warte Zeit und es kommt total kalt an . TOP.

Wir haben um 23:45 bestellt, kam trotz der Laden Schließung schnell unser Essen geliefert bekommen. Döner waren alle top hat sehr gut geschmeckt das Brot war noch frisch das Fleisch war gut hat geschmeckt alles top. Hätte nicht erwartet das so ein guter Döner so spät abends ankommt. Echt gerne immer wieder.

Best Döner, dass stimmt. Vor allem diese Burger. Ich weiß nicht wie, aber der Dönerburger und der Crispy Chicken Burger sind so unglaublich lecker. Der Salat ist so knackig frisch. Die Burger Brötchen sind luftig weich, nicht zu lappig, nicht zu kross. Einfach perfekt. Die Zwiebeln sind frisch aufgeschnitten und die - ich nehme mal, es ist Mayonnaise - ist nicht abgestanden, die Soße ist sehr lecker. Und dann dieses Petty. Wie schafft man es, dass das Petty jedes mal so kross gebacken, so unglaublich lecker und so aromatisch ist? Ich kann bei euch bestellen und die Qualität ist so super. Wir lieben das Essen bei euch. Nur bitte lasst den Senf vom Hot Dog, der Senf ist echt heftig. Ich habe gestern bestellt, die Bestellbestätigung kam und kaum eine viertel Stunde später kam die Bestellung 2x CrispyChickenBurger und 2x DönerBurger an. Das war euer Rekord! Es kam noch keine Essenslieferung überhaupt, so früh an. Das sind 5/5 weil es einfach knackig frisch und superlecker ist. Die Qualität ist top und der Service toll.

Kann ich nur jedem empfehlen! Die Gerichte schmecken echt super. Ich kenne kaum ein Restaurant, welches so tolle Gerichte macht. Wir werden sicher öfter hier bestellen, mein Freund hat schon gesagt, ihr seit sein neues Lieblingsrestaurant 😁

Naja „Best“ döner? Ich glaube der Namensgeber dieser Bude hat noch nie in seinem Leben einen guten Döner gegessen, wenn er diese döner dort als „best“ bezeichnen will. Mal im Ernst, muss das Fleisch in der Auffangwanne im Fett schwimmen? Ich finde nichts was diesen Döner echt sonderbar machen sollte. Das Fleisch schmeckt nur nach Fett, das Brot ist auch Standard und nichts besonderes, das tzaziki wird so viel mit Wasser und yoghurt gestreckt, das es einfach nach nichts mehr schmeckt. Schade, aber „Best“ geht definitiv anders. Da der Döner Verkauf wohl nicht ausreicht um die Kosten zu decken, hat man sich wohl noch nen Pizza Ofen rein gestellt. Wenn die genau so schmeckt wie die Döner, möchte ich sie gar nicht erst probieren. Und hier belegt es sich auch wieder, wenn man 2 Kulinarische und unterschiedliche gerichte mit einander vermischen will und diese in einem Laden herstellen will, kann da nichts gutes bei rum kommen. Den 2. Stern gibts lediglich für die Öffnungszeiten

Hähnchendöner bestellt, Rind geliefert ohne vorherige Information. Leider mit Tomate obwohl ohne bestellt. Das Schnitzel mit Jägersoße ist ungenießbar. Die Burger waren sehr preiswert hergestellt, für den Preis o.k.. Taxiteller und Pomdöner lecker, allerdings ist es kein Döner sondern nur ein Hackfleischspieß, hier ist eindeutig Betrug im Raum. Lieferung zwar sehr spät nach ca. 90 Minuten, der Lieferant war super und bemüht keinen Krach im Hausflur zu machen. Leider war das Essen fast kalt trotz direkten Fahrtweg von 9 Minuten.

Habe gerade meinen Döner fertig gegessen und muss sagen, dass meiner Meinung nach der Döner nichts hat was ihn besonders macht. Kein besonders leckeres Brötchen, Fleisch, Soßen oder Salat. Einfach nur Standart, verstehe die 4,3 Sterne nicht um ehrlich zu sein.

Einfach für uns eine sehr leckere alternative um alles bestellen zu können! Döner, Pide, Dönerteller, Pizzen und auch die Salate sind sehr lecker und empfehlenswert

Der Döner im Kiosk hat mir geschmeckt. Die Geschwindigkeit war ok. Brötchen schön cross.

Also meins ist das nicht. Irgendwie unaufgeräumt und für nicht Fleischesser eher nichts. Pommes schmeckten etwas nach altem oder zu heißen Fett.
