also nein nie wieder bestell ich dort wir haben alle eine Pizza mit sucuk bestellt und es Wir haben Alle mit Pilzen bekommen also geht garnicht und der Rand war nicht knusprig ekelig hätte mich fast übergeben müssen weil es so eklig war

Sehr lange Warte Zeit bei Bestellungen. Warte jetzt schon seit 2 Stunden, immer noch nichts da. Es mag ja viel los sein, aber man braucht keine 2 Stunden.

Lieferung hat fast 2,5 Std gedauert, Pommes waren labbrig, der Burger maximal durchschnittlich… Edit: Es wurde versucht diese Rezension von Google zu entfernen, indem sie als diffamierend gegenüber dem Unternehmen gemeldet wurde, nach Beweisen für meine Bestellung und meine lange Wartezeit konnte ich sie allerdings reaktivieren. Es wird angezeigt, dass bereits 51 bis 100 weitere Rezensionen wegen Diffamierung entfernt worden sind. Es scheint also systematisch versucht zu werden die negativen Bewertungen zu entfernen. Zudem scheint ein Großteil der positiven Bewertungen aus einer früherem Zeit zu kommen, bevor der Inhaber gewechselt hat! Bitte bestellt nicht dort wenn ihr nicht 2-3 Stunden auf kaltes Essen von nicht guter Qualität warten wollt!

Heute haben wir über 90 Euro bestellt und die Burger und Pommes waren leider trocken und geschmacklos.es fehlte an Soße und Würze. Fleisch war super trocken . Liefer Personal war freundlich. Bitte Ändert die Rezeptur . Geschmacklich grauen haft

Die inkompetent kundenunfreundlichen Mitarbeiter liefern nicht, da bestellen wir nie wieder. Der Burger ist auch nach Abholung nicht gut. Miese Beilagen und schlechtes Fleisch. Ich würde null Sterne geben, wenn das ginge. Am nächsten Tag entdeckt, nachden ich angerufen hatte, nochmal 2,5 std später, wurde doch noch geliefert, kein preisliches entgegen kommen, da wollten wir nicht mehr, da wurde der schoko shake eben quer über die Wand und den Fußboden verteilt. Das Essen ist eigentlich ganz lecker, aber die Lieferung dauert fast immer über zwei Stunden und das Essen kommt kalt an. Dazu wirkt der Besitzer sehr unfreundlich und interessiert sich überhaupt nicht dafür, wie lange die Kunden warten müssen.

Ich musste 2 Stunden auf meine Bestellung warten, hatte keine Möglichkeit, beim Restaurant anzurufen, und dann hat mich der immerhin sehr freundliche Lieferant erst angerufen, als er schon vor der Haustür stand. Das Essen war extrem schlecht, ich hatte ein Pizzabrot, das mindestens einen Tag alt sein müsste und viel zu trocken war. Die Guacamole und Aioli waren auch nicht besser. Die Pommes waren okay, aber die schmecken halt auch, wenn man sie im Supermarkt kauft. Habe von den Burgern nichts probiert, sie schienen aber ganz in Ordnung zu schmecken. Nie wieder.

Schnelle Lieferung alles super auch die Mitarbeiter super lieb und immer freundlich. 😉

Also erstmal eine wirklich wirklich sehr geil Quatro Formagi auch wenn sie extrem fettig war, trotzdem sehr lecker. Wir haben bestellt und due Lieferzeit wurde eingehalten. Die Nachos die mein Vater bestellt hat waren wirklich richtig gut. Viel Soße und schön knusprig. Meiner Meinung nach hätten sie ein wenig schärfer sein können. Alles in allem eine exzellente Wahl um sich Essen zu bestellen und hat die 4 Sterne wirklich verdient. Würde sogar 4,5 Sterne geben!

Heute bestellt über Lieferando, angegebene Lieferzeit um fast 45min überschritten. Kann passieren. Aber leider waren die Patties der Burger alle sehr verbrannt und trocken. War leider als würde man Kohle essen. Haben schon öfter dort bestellt und sonst war es immer akzeptabel. Deswegen noch 2 Sterne.

Ich hatte ein wirklich tolles Erlebnis bei Epic Burgers and Pizza. Schon beim Betreten des Restaurants wurde ich herzlich und freundlich empfangen und fühlte mich sofort wohl. Die Mitarbeiter waren höflich, aufmerksam und stets hilfsbereit, was das gesamte Esserlebnis noch angenehmer machte. Das Essen war absolut köstlich. Die Burger waren saftig, geschmackvoll und perfekt zubereitet, mit frischen Zutaten, die man in jedem Bissen schmecken konnte. Die Pizzen waren ebenso beeindruckend: knuspriger Boden, reichhaltiger Belag und genau die richtige Menge Käse. Alles wurde frisch und sorgfältig zubereitet serviert, was die Liebe zum Detail deutlich unterstreicht. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Kombination aus hervorragendem Geschmack und exzellentem Kundenservice. Das Team sorgte dafür, dass alles perfekt war und erkundigte sich unaufdringlich nach meinem Wohlbefinden. Alles in allem ist Epic Burgers and Pizza ein fantastischer Ort für ein genussvolles Essen. Ich kann es jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der leckeres Essen und eine einladende Atmosphäre sucht, und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch.

Ich hatte den Epic Burger, der ganz lecker aber auch ziemlich trocken war, das Fleisch und auch sonst. Drei - oder vier Patties, ich weiß nicht genau 😂 - übereinander gestapelt zwischen zwei Brötchenhälften und sonst nicht viel drum herum. Vor Ort essen nicht zu empfehlen, das "Ambiente" gibt das nicht her. Wie Burger kreativ aufgebaut werden und wie richtig gute Burger schmecken kannst du bei Ruff's Burger Hamburg-Ottensen erleben.

10/10 für den Döner und den erstklassigen Service. Falls ihr mal in Hamm seid, geht unbedingt hierher für einen perfekten Döner 🥙

Wir waren sonst immer zufrieden . Leider hat es die letze Zeit nachgelassen . Pizza ist sehr salzig und Zuviel Oregano so das man Magenschmerzen bekommt . Dazu ist es schon das 3x vorgekommen , dass man Pizzabrötchen bestellt mit Kräuterbutter aber die Kräuterbutter nie mitgeliefert wird . War jetzt das letze Mal das wir dort bestellt haben . Schade !

Das Einzige, was an Hamm wirklich gut ist, ist dieser Laden hier richtig gute Pizza und Wraps. Und die Brüder dort sind auch total nett. Möge Gott sie immer segnen.

Unfreundliche Bedienung, am Telefon sehr sehr unhöflich, Respektloser Umgang mit Kunden, Bestellungen werden einfach storniert, essen kommt immer mit sehr viel Verspätung, wenn es überhaupt geliefert wird.

Wir hatten um 15:Uhr vorbestellt für 17.15 Uhr bis 17.45 Uhr leider wurde auch das Mal wieder nicht eingehalten,wollten ihnen eine zweite Chance geben aber nach mehrmaligen Anrufen (wo wir auch noch angelogen wurden) wurden die auch noch frech und haben unsere Bestellung storniert ,Fazit sehr unfreundlich und bekommen es in drei Stunden nicht hin die Bestellung auszuliefern.

Ich war von meiner letzten Bestellung wirklich enttäuscht. Die Pizza war so versalzen, dass sie fast ungenießbar war! Als ich im Laden anrief, um nachzufragen, was schiefgelaufen war, war der Mitarbeiter am Telefon extrem unhöflich. Kein Verständnis, keine Entschuldigung – nur unverschämte Antworten. So behandelt man keine Kunden. Das war definitiv mein letzter Besuch!

Die Burger schmecken Super kann ich nur weiter empfehlen

Habe mir jetzt(2.20) Eine Pizza im Backofen geschoben um 5 Minuten später einen Anruf zu bekommen(3 Stunden später, Nachbestellung) Um zu fragen, ob wir noch wach sein, dass der Lieferfahrer losfahren würde. Personal ist sehr höflich und korrekt. Ich würde es aber niemanden empfehlen, der spontan Hunger hat und sich was bestellen möchte. Don't be fooled by the fake reviews. Delivery time 2 hours or more. Fries were soggy and undercooked (regular and sweet potato). We were looking for something to eat in Hamm following a train cancellation and decided on this place because of the positive reviews. However, the reviews seem to mostly refer to a kebab shop that was here before. The staff were very friendly and we had a warm place to sit – everything was great so far. But the food itself was unfortunately really not recommendable. There was hardly any vegetables to be found under the thick layer of cheese on the vegetable pizza. It basically just tasted like cheese and dough, which is a shame.
