Nasip Döner in Hamm

I ordered for the first time and won't be ordering again. The two pizzas with ham were oversalted, the dough was still raw, clearly not homemade, a pre-made product. I might as well buy a frozen pizza from a discount store and bake it myself. I cannot recommend this place.

We ordered at 11:30 PM. I just put a pizza in the oven (2:20 AM) and received a call five minutes later (three hours later, for a reorder) asking if we were still awake so the delivery driver could leave. The staff is very polite and professional. However, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who suddenly gets hungry and wants to order something. Despite everything, I'm looking forward to the food and am curious to see how it tastes.

Ordered: Chicken pizza (32cm) 2x Cheeseburgers 2x Fries The food was good, but the wait was extremely long. After the planned 1.5 hours, it took 2.5 hours. The man on the phone was friendly and accommodating. After this one order, I know I won't be ordering again. I might go there in person or pick up my order if necessary.

We had to wait almost two hours for our food, and the burgers were cold. Otherwise, it was actually quite tasty, and the employee on the phone was friendly when I called to ask where the food was. However, whether or not to order takeout is something to consider; it's probably better to eat in.

I've ordered from them twice now, and both times I waited three hours for my order. The food was cold and soggy—no wonder, considering the three-hour delivery time. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Even after multiple calls, they were rude on the phone. This place is absolutely terrible.

Don't be fooled by the fake reviews. Delivery time 2 hours or more. Fries were soggy and undercooked (regular and sweet potato). The burger patty was definitely fried to a dry lump by a discounter. €2.50 for 6 pieces of 2cm turkey breast and €1.50 for 32 kernels of corn on a pizza. The pizza rolls were undercooked, still made of dough inside. Nachos were absolutely soggy and just a disgusting mess. The wrap fell apart in your hand. The meat was also dry and overfilled with not exactly tasty sauce. The Coke was okay. €60 worth of food for the trash. Unfortunately, I couldn't reach them by phone today.

We were looking for something to eat in Hamm following a train cancellation and decided on this place because of the positive reviews. However, the reviews seem to mostly refer to a kebab shop that was here before. The staff were very friendly and we had a warm place to sit – everything was great so far. But the food itself was unfortunately really not recommendable. There was hardly any vegetables to be found under the thick layer of cheese on the vegetable pizza. It basically just tasted like cheese and dough, which is a shame.

The Margherita pizza was standard, like any pizzeria, nothing special. Why are the reviews of the former kebab shop included here? And then they say they're only open until 12:30 AM during the week. But that's not true, because their delivery van, which is somehow souped-up, keeps me awake until 1:00 AM because it's so incredibly loud. You can tell it's deliberately revving up in first gear to make it louder. Extremely dubious, and if this continues, I'll call the public order office because the delivery vans are constantly blocking the disabled parking spaces during the day.

I cannot recommend this store. The shop can't make burgers and the prices are too high. When I ate the burger you couldn't taste the meat and if it was, it was death. The bread is flatbread and only tastes like kebab because you only taste sauce and vegetables. The prices are really high for something like that, Burger King is much better.
