Too foreign for this house? At least that's how it seemed to us yesterday. Yesterday we wanted to visit this brewery for the first time (we don't come from this area). After successful work, my team and I wanted to end the evening in Frankenthal in the brewery. When we got into the house we stood at the reception and waited until we were assigned a seat. After a few minutes I went to the service and asked if someone could take us to our table, the answer was, someone will be there shortly. A few minutes later I asked again. This time too, the staff said someone would be coming soon. So we stood there and numerous employees walked past us and completely ignored us. I then spoke to another employee and she again said she would be there shortly. Then other guests would come into the house and they would be welcomed directly and brought to a table. After probably over 15 minutes we left the house. So it's a real shame if you want to experience something different and are ignored. No recommendation from us. Fortunately, there are still very good operators in Frankenthal who appreciate their guests. Almost everything was perfect there. And he was more than happy with the sales 😉.
