The Terra at the Ritz-Carlton Wolfsburg was pleasantly quiet on this Monday evening - at 8 p.m. we were the only guests. This special silence gave the evening an almost private, exclusive atmosphere. We were treated to a high level of culinary delights: we chose a classic Viennese schnitzel, accompanied by tender asparagus and a delicately seasoned hollandaise sauce, as well as a fillet of perch - both excellently prepared and with a convincing taste. The attentive and courteous service rounded off the culinary experience perfectly. The stylish ambience with a view of the artfully illuminated power plant on the opposite side of the canal created an impressive backdrop. Overall, it was a thoroughly successful evening in a relaxed, elegant atmosphere. We'll always be happy to come back
