Unfortunately I was not satisfied with my last visit to “Zur Linde”. I ordered a medium beef fillet with fried potatoes and mushrooms for €38.80. Unfortunately, the fillet was almost raw, and the fried potatoes were neither crispy nor tasty, as one would have expected. For a dish in this price range, I expect the same quality and preparation. In particular, a fillet of beef that has been ordered medium should be prepared appropriately. When the waitress asked if everything was OK, I informed her that the beef fillet was almost raw. But apparently no one was interested. Normally you tell the chef or innkeeper and he looks at the meat. The price-performance ratio is not right here.
