I always enjoyed ordering from New York Pizza in Ratingen, but unfortunately not anymore. I ordered the pasta pesto shrimp, which includes a pesto cream sauce. Unfortunately, it tasted very sour, as if the cream was over it or bad. I then called them to get possible compensation. Unfortunately, I was only offered the same pasta delivered again. After such a sour cream sauce I lost my appetite, no thanks! Absolutely no understanding from the gentleman on the phone - the pesto cream sauce probably has a new recipe. After I asked whether the new pesto cream sauce should taste sour and whether that was normal, I only received a cheeky confirmation. He would have claimed that it would always taste like that and that it might not be my taste. It's just stupid that I had already ordered this exact pasta with this pesto cream sauce and it didn't have a bit of a sour taste when I ordered it. Taking your customers for a fool is something that is absolutely not possible in a business like this. Disgrace, never again.

I have withdrawn my 5 star rating. Ordered there, delivery was incomplete. The driver didn't have the bill with him and didn't speak German. Nobody answers the phone either. Several people order from the company here, this will no longer be the case in the future. It wasn't the first time something was missing.

Once again we couldn't take the order properly. You order and pay something extra and get the answer: I personally took the pizza out of the oven and saw that there was something on it. Nice, I don't taste it or see it on any of the three pizzas.

It's a disgrace to deliver such a meal. Very poor quality of food!!! Never order from there again...
