Short stopover in Cologne on the way to Lingen (Ems). I was in the mood for a quick espresso and stumbled into Segafredo. Delicious smell of coffee and a waitress with an Italian accent who greets me with a friendly buongiorno, with Italian hits and pop in the background. The lady really understands service and warmth, just spreads a good atmosphere and you feel like you're in Italy.
