Update: No more regular customers! Anyone who accepts more orders than they can handle has probably failed in their craft. Situation 1: Wait 1 hour 45 minutes for the food and then get told (Only after we asked over the phone!) that unfortunately NOTHING would be delivered because we could no longer manage it. Situation 2: A few weeks later: the immediate announcement that nothing can be delivered because there is too much to do (weekend). Situation 3: New and last attempt - early evening in the middle of the week: It is announced that delivery is expected to take 2 hours and the price has increased for the umpteenth time. Unfortunately, 10 years and 4 price adjustments later, they still haven't been able to update the menu. I have no idea what's going on, but we're very sad! We were always happy to order and the food was recommended! I would rethink the logistics or hire someone who knows how to do it! Customer loyalty doesn't seem to matter at all. Formerly: When it comes to Asian cuisine in this area, it's No. 1. The price-performance ratio is absolutely reasonable and so far everything has tasted great! I can't understand complaining about language barriers. The order is understood and that is what matters. It is always communicated how long it will take and usually delivered ahead of time. The food is hot, the quantity is good and everything is very appetizing! The driver's friendliness can't be surpassed; he always has a few nice words ready. We are regular customers and will definitely remain so.

According to the opening times, the restaurant should be open until 2:30 p.m. We got there at 1:50pm but were told we weren't allowed to eat in the restaurant. When we spoke to the boss he seemed to allow it, but the staff was extremely rude and insisted it was absolutely not possible. The person at the front desk in particular was very rude. In the end we decided on delivery. We emphasized several times that there were three of us, but only two pairs of chopsticks were delivered. Very bad service!

Me and my girlfriend were there and it was great, the price is quite okay, I don't think the time limit is a good idea because you can't eat in a relaxed manner, you would have to change the concept a bit as far as the times are concerned, but otherwise my girlfriend and I were quite satisfied

I placed a **To-Go** order at **12:15pm** today, including two porridge dishes. Despite being told that the food would be ready in 20-30 minutes, I had to wait until **1:00 p.m.** - a whole **45 minutes!** The absurdity: several guests who arrived **after me** and ate on site had long since served their food and were almost ready. When asked, the boss explained succinctly that "**two porridges simply take a very long time**". A completely absurd excuse! It was obvious that **orders for the store itself were being prioritized** and to-go customers were being deliberately deferred. **Why this unequal treatment?** If pickup customers are systematically neglected, this option should not be offered at all. There was also an **outrageous indifference** - no apology, no attempts at a solution. **Conclusion:** Poor organization, flimsy justifications and zero customer respect. If you value your time and nerves, go somewhere else.
