Yesterday we were in the Phoenix for the first time and that was definitely the last time!!! Half of the 11 people were sick after visiting the restaurant and we really didn't feel good. The food was not fresh and smelled oily and stale! The staff seemed listless and the plates were pulled away from you while you were eating. We paid almost €300 for an evening on the toilet...that's not possible at all! Never again!

We really enjoyed it and it was very tasty, everything was freshly prepared, thank you very much. We would be happy to come back

Unfortunately only one cook in the kitchen. Since a larger group had to be served before us, it took >30 minutes for the starter (spring rolls). The food was OK. The ambience suffers from the smells from the kitchen. The price is rather high for a Chinese.

There were four of us, I think they charged us too much (3.20 for soup & dessert??) Service was confused, food was loveless, ready-made sauces or frozen :((( And way too expensive!! The ambience wasn't special either Summary: very disappointing in terms of taste and price

We ordered from a menu. Large portion, always well seasoned. Tender meat. And the price is right 11.90 and 13.90 Then 1x buffet on Sunday lunchtime. Very large selection. Lots of sauces. Simply delicious.

Yesterday we ate the Penking duck menu for four people. Wow, it was incredibly delicious! And what you can get for €33 per person is really very very much! We had a total of 5 courses. The service was super friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back and can really only recommend the Peking duck menu ☺️

I recommend you not to visit this restaurant as it is one of the worst we have ever been to. All of you employees are in a bad mood. These people have never heard of hospitality. The buffet itself didn't look that inviting, everything didn't look that fresh, but that may be because there isn't that much going on and it just sits there for a long time. We had all you can drink drinks in our luxury buffet. Do you think they came by themselves and asked if we wanted something to drink after our glasses were empty and the waiters even glanced at our table? No, nothing happened at all. I had to bring this to their attention, which makes me extremely uncomfortable. Luckily the food we left fried always came and then I could say what I wanted to drink. I mean, not even when they came to our table and gave us food and saw that all the glasses were empty did they ask us for drinks. I really didn't think that was right. At some point when I asked for my third glass and the waitress ran up to the counter and said that I wanted something more to drink, she gave me a very nasty look and then I didn't feel like anything anymore and just drove wanted. I have never not tipped in my life, but I was so disgusted that I couldn't do it here, while we were being billed, they tried to fob us off with a fortune cookie and deprived us of the entire service during our stay be forgotten. I refused! Avoid this store! Because deleted again.
