Visit on Friday evening for AllYouCanEat.
Food that should have been warm was cold. What should have been fresh was tarnished and smelled musty. Feedback was not wanted. Disappointing.
Our favorite Chinese restaurant, so far we have never been disappointed, the food is great, the service has always been very friendly and helpful, we like coming here!! Clear recommendation!
I had a delicious vegetable and rice dish and a great dessert. The peppermint tea was with fresh mint.
The rooms are very attractively furnished. The staff is attentive and friendly. Everything was very clean and hospitable.
That wasn't the last time I ate there.
Unfortunately, I received the wrong order again. If we tried to reorder the correct order, the error would be blamed on us. Unfortunately I won't be ordering here again.
Three of us ate here today.
Unfortunately we didn't like it.
The meat and fish were poorly seasoned, not to say tasteless. The ready meals were also very poor.
It's a shame, because I would have expected much more for the price.
The prices on the website are from 5 years ago. You should update the data. The drink prices are also too high. I think drinks should be included in the price because, for example, you can just eat a watermelon.
Ehhh, I saw the waitress eating my food. That doesn't work at all!!! In addition, the owner doesn't want to give me the entertainment receipt after asking several times.
Well... inflation is making itself felt here too. Was here mainly for lunch.
The price for this has increased by almost 20% in just under two years. Also: first there were no squid rings, now no more sushi either. Buffett is now comparatively clear. Not to mention the prawns that used to exist. Save everywhere. You can tell from the reduced supply that they want to keep price increases within limits.
Times have changed, what a shame. You can hardly blame the restaurant.
The Jade is getting old and the three stars are for hard work, passion and perseverance. But on for the good quality grill buffet.
The good first:
++ the freshness and quality of the ingredients at the grill buffet is always good!
+ the finished dishes on the warm buffet are always good in terms of taste and craftsmanship.
+ the operators are very friendly
+ If you like the classic, kitsch Chinese decoration, you'll get your money's worth here.
+ the cleanliness is good in the dining room, at the buffet and at the tables.
Not really ok:
- the good quality buffet is quite clear.
- There are no sushi and it would be better to leave it out completely.
- Salad buffet has the charm of a hotel in the new federal states, shortly after reunification. Canned corn, dry wave-cut cucumbers and water tomatoes
- Desserts are, with the exception of the tiramisu, all of very, very simple quality.
- The hygiene on the ice cream scoops is borderline.
- The drinks in All u Can Dronk are simple and inadequate compared to the competition
- Unfortunately, the toilets are in serious need of renovation and should be considerably more "cleaned" if the guest room is halfway full
- the guest room is kitschy, dusty and cluttered
Prices at Jade are consistent with the region's abundant competition and are reasonable. However, elsewhere you get more (selection, especially of drinks and desserts, but not necessarily more taste and quality at the grill buffet) for your money.
You can definitely visit Jade and don't go wrong.
However, you shouldn't have any special requirements or expectations. Then it's fine.
If you are primarily interested in the grill buffet and the quality of its preparation and ingredients, you are in good hands here.
If you have a sensitive eye and expect a wide range of drinks, you'll find it better elsewhere.
Conclusion:
Average Asian buffet. You can do it.
