Highly recommended...food very good...price/performance great...again and again

Very tasty Chinese and Thai food. We went to Lan Phuong Restaurant for the first time today. As a precaution, we reserved a table since it was Saturday. Since we arrived very early, this might not have been absolutely necessary, but around seven o'clock the restaurant filled up quickly. We were initially greeted very friendly and quickly received the cards. After we had chosen our dishes, we were able to briefly concentrate on the ambience. It's "typical of the country" but not overly "Asian". We found it appealing. Then the soups came. We had the Kung Fu soup, which according to the menu was supposed to be “slightly spicy”. This soup is based on chicken broth. It contained a lot of ingredients (chicken, sprouts, vegetables) and was actually slightly spicy and very tasty. The main course was Thai (T28 and T29). We ordered one of the dishes “really spicy” and the other “normal”. Both dishes were very tasty and seasoned to our liking. The ratio between vegetables and meat (in this case beef) was balanced and there was also enough sauce. In general, the portion size was very good. You'll definitely get full here. For dessert there was baked banana with honey. The banana was also very tasty and well made. Conclusion: We found all of the dishes very tasty. The service was very friendly and we didn't have to wait long. So everything was perfect here and as you would expect as a guest. We'll definitely be back!

Delicious food with great service and a casual and relaxed atmosphere. The location at the Galluswarte is also great and definitely worth a lunch stop!

Super delicious Chinese food, always with spring rolls or soup at an unbeatable price. Authentically prepared in a wok by a super nice Chinese man. Even special requests (such as “without sprouts” are no problem) are great!!!!

I thought I'd go here because of the many good reviews. I usually always go to kaufland denchina imbiss because biebertal is closer. Unfortunately I can't give more stars. First the positive. Owner very nice. very clean, quick preparation. Unfortunately, the food I ordered was a ton. Had the crispy duck with fried noodles with coconut milk and vegetables, slightly spicy with red curry. I usually love this dish. But 15.50 euros for the small portion was shocking. Normally I get twice as much from others. The fried noodles were edible.little taste.but ok. The duck wasn't crispy, it was mainly hard, the few soft pieces were tasty. But what I found really bad was the sauce. It wasn't a sauce, it was a pudding-like mass. Totally sweet. There were hardly any vegetables except for a few broccoli and carrots. I can imagine that the other dishes are definitely delicious, because there must be something to them with so many positive reviews. But my dish was horrible. I would have complained about it but didn't feel like driving another 15 minutes there and back.

The beef was rubbery. The tables hadn't been cleaned for a long time because the tables were completely sticky. Everything is very dusty and unhygienic. Just disgusting. Never again !!!

Delivered a little late. There is a lot of fat (pieces of fat) in the pasta with duck. Overall, unfortunately just okay.

Unfortunately, the vegetables were too watery and the tofu was too soft. But I got full.

Small Chinese (buffet) restaurant in beautiful Ortenberg. The buffet food is tasty and hot too. There is also teppanyaki. The staff are attentive and friendly.

The waiter was great. The noise level is rather strenuous and loud. Food was warm and appetizing. Unfortunately the robot didn't visit us. Unfortunately, the fried foods were dripping and sticky.

The buffet is small but nice, everything is freshly prepared and the buffet is quickly refilled. Price performance is definitely right here. The service is very friendly and accommodating.

Been coming here for years, close to 20yrs. Prices gone up but so does almost everything. I love my salted fish fried rice with crispy duck!

I came here spontaneously and didn't expect anything. But the food was warm, fresh, and delicious. The staff was super friendly. People visit, not just order. Great.
