Very tasty and super friendly service...I've been a regular customer for years

The meal was really the last thing. The duck's skin was limp, like rubber. The peanut sauce from the bag with 8 million preservatives. The vegetables were frozen and everything tasted like years-old frying fat. My girlfriend and I ordered there for over 50 EUR and had to throw everything away. I wouldn't expect my dog ​​to eat something like that.

I don't know what was going on this time, it started with the delivery. A €1.50 tip, so you can say thank you even if it was small change. Better than nothing! Then I open my pasta and there was no chicken in it, how can this happen? Then I called, it's clear they don't understand a word. In the end, they gave me the right thing, but you can also react more friendly and trust the customer. You should just check what you wrote about the pasta beforehand, because not everything should go in there, but it's all good. I find the store very unfriendly, it was different!

I noticed a few months ago that you had gotten worse, but were you intentionally putting in bad food? And charge 23.50 for something like that????? You have lost regular customers for over 10 years! My mother has vomited twice now! I was told on the phone that I would continue like this and that I couldn't do anything more. Then I said that I left a Google review and hung up on my face :) You don't even care that you're poisoning the customers, right? The health department should take a look at your place!
