After my order was taken, I waited at least 25 minutes to get fries. The service employee spoke so quietly that we could hardly understand anything and therefore took my order incorrectly. The ambience was questionable and very subtle and hardly comfortable. It's probably more like a restaurant or store where you order online and then people pick it up. The food was somewhat okay. Until the cheese wasn't even really melted, it was just put on top and the sauce only consisted of a drop.

Phew, unfortunately the burger was absolutely tasteless. Chimichurri wasn't a real original, but a red bitter sauce. Fries were soggy and hard at the same time and the pizza with the veggies was unfortunately also very bland and soggy.

I am very disappointed. I was with my girlfriend yesterday and she has raved about them to me several times. So with full anticipation she ordered for both of us and after 3 hours there was still nothing and no response. I won't try again and then there was no message from you. Total fail. And I also have to say that my girlfriend has been ordering from you for years. She didn't want to complain, but it was unreasonable for me as a guest. So I went home hungry and had to buy something somewhere else.
