Die besten Restaurants mit Burgerrestaurant Essen in Bergisch Gladbach

Ordered a cheeseburger and a hot dog for delivery. I was really satisfied after trying them. However, when I picked the plastic bits out of my hot dog, I completely lost my appetite. Once, never again.

Unfortunately, it was closed, even though the opening hours said it should be open. The website we looked at beforehand didn't indicate that the store was closed. We drove 20km just to find it.

I tried to order from Farmburger at 2:20am today - the website says it's open until 2:30am. So it shouldn't really be a problem. But just as I was about to submit my order, the page suddenly disappeared. No more access, nothing worked anymore. I thought, okay, maybe there's a technical problem - so I'll call. Several times. No answer. Not even a “Sorry, we’re closing,” just total radio silence. If you say you're open until 2:30 a.m., you should be available and operational by then. Everything else is simply dubious. If you pull the plug ten minutes before the end and leave customers out in the cold, you don't have to be surprised about bad reviews. I would understand if I arrived at 2:31 a.m. – but not ten minutes before! Service desert Germany sends its regards again – thanks for nothing. For me that was definitely the last time. Customer friendliness looks different.
