Very good food in a cozy atmosphere. We ate here with several people and all the dishes were very good. Whether it was the goose breast from the daily menu or the various burgers, everything was very tasty! We'd love to come back.

The hotel is in a good starting point for activities. It is modern, new and has nice rooms. The price-performance ratio is right. Unfortunately, we and other guests were ignored and treated with disrespect by the bosses, including the young ladies who were hanging around. The boss sat in the entrance area and read the newspaper, not greeting the guests. There were no wishes for the New Year. Grumpy answers and strange looks were the rule. There were snarky comments from the young lady at reception. No charisma and no appreciation for the guest. An Italian main waiter is the only one who knows his job. Courteous and polite. The owners of the hotel are lucky to have such a good employee. I haven't experienced such arrogance and snobbery from the bosses in a family-run hotel for a long time. We left 500 in 3 days. I'd be happy to give my money to someone else over New Year's Eve. This hotel doesn't deserve such owners. We won't be coming back. Overall 2 stars because the hotel is fine, the waiter just doesn't suit the management.

Very uncomplicated and reliable communication, we were very satisfied with the offer for private catering with a food truck, but we still couldn't accept the offer, it had absolutely nothing to do with the offer or the operator!
