The place is nice, but when it's crowded, the service is very mediocre. I ordered a brownie, it arrived 45 minutes late, and it was wrong. The ice cream next to it had turned to water and completely melted. They changed the ice cream when we told them to. I have nothing to complain about with the servers. The fault lies with the person in charge, who didn't plan for a crowded, sunny day. The servers try to reach every table, and I thank them.
