Update May 18, 2024: the restaurant is now closed. Friendly service, redeeming the NeoTaste voucher was easy.

We were there for lunch today. To put it briefly: It was Saturday lunchtime in a shopping center. We couldn't order regular fries and Pepsi because they were sold out (we were there 30 minutes after the store opened). Of course we had to pay extra for sweet potato fries because there weren't any regular ones. There was only one employee on site and had to take care of everything (of course he couldn't keep up). The food took a while to arrive (but not too long). I highly recommend the jalapeno burger. So-so from the outside but the taste is really very good. Sweet potato fries were okay. The employee was very friendly 👍

I went there by chance and unfortunately only realized late that Syrians have now taken over the shop. Hygiene was bad, the kitchen made me sick when I saw it up close, service was not acceptable (you were looked at as if you were under control...) plus Arabic music. The crux of the matter was that the burger menu I ordered with fries was all ready-made products that I could have made much cheaper at home.

In short, delivery order: I had stated that I had to pay €50. According to the delivery person, he read the comment but still didn't have any change. In addition, I waited 75 minutes AFTER the entered preparation time for this misery: a total of 2 hours. There was no understanding, the solution was for him to go to the next store with my money and come back - given the already unreliable overall impression, that wasn't an option for me, and no alternative solution was offered. I find such a shame as I work in the service industry myself. This was the last order for me. Addendum: 10 minutes later the supplier came back with the solution to offer this delivery free of charge. At that point I had already ordered new somewhere else, so I politely declined. The gesture is respectable, but too late.
