Food was great. Fresh schnitzel with crispy breading, fresh fried potatoes, average salad. Now to the unfortunately negative: First we had to wait almost 20 minutes until our drink order was taken, which was then at least brought out after a short time. Then we wanted to place the food order. The lady from the service told us straight away that all of the mushrooms were out because they were empty. But I find this more than difficult on a Sunday at 4:30 p.m., while there are still at least 6 tables marked “reserved”. If a basic ingredient is already empty at this time, that is a sign of freshness. However, I wonder what the coming guests will get to eat. When the lady told us what was going on I just said “oh then I'll switch to something else” and she was gone. I already knew what I would choose, but I couldn't order the new dish until another 25 minutes later. So we waited for about 45 minutes until we could finally order our dishes, with glasses now empty. All in all, the lady was more or less friendly & I think she was just extremely stressed because the service was poorly staffed. However, I think that this should not reach the customer. All in all the visit was okay, luckily the food was worth it.
