The food has clearly lost quality. The week before last, one of us got a Cordon Bleu that was really amazing. Between two wafer-thin, dust-dry pieces of meat, baked to death, there was a slice of cooked ham and “cheese” that looked, smelled and probably also tasted indefinable, like “analogue cheese substitute”. It's shocking how such a simple standard can be messed up like that, especially since they don't necessarily charge frisbee prices. The more manageable fried potatoes that were served were also borderline carbonized. One of us would have accepted it, two of us would have left it burned. Knuckle from the deep fryer (there are definitely fans of it, but it's not necessarily fine dining) & bratwurst were ok. One of my buddies and I were glad we didn't order any food. Service is quick, friendly and on point - there's nothing to complain about. Interior is a bit greasy/worn and could use a bit of caring. We are now looking for an alternative for our group.

My favorite restaurant for years: the best beer (Kräussen Pils), good and very nice innkeepers and waitresses, the menu is very Franconian and therefore good. Idea of ​​the Bräubrüder (Manns Bräu) with different beers awarded depending on the season and occasion. Keep it up but don't say anything else.
