Please don't mind my stars... the hotel is very nice, I particularly liked the composition of the colors... the food was very tasty... breakfast too... the The room was fantastic..BUT.......that person who played the bartender in the basement bar (Zum Sackträger) was one of the worst things I've ever experienced in the catering industry so far......my wife is also there Gastronomy area in the Frankfurt area...from our point of view, the behavior of the bartender is borderline Refusal to work......sorry But that shouldn't detract from the overall appearance of the hotel...
