The Bauer Wilms restaurant immediately impresses with its beautiful location, ample parking, and appealing ambiance – a promising start to the visit. The beer garden is also a real highlight, especially on warm days, and is a great place to linger on a bike ride. It's perfectly adequate and pleasant for a drink and a small snack. However, the culinary part of the experience unfortunately leaves much to be desired. The dishes overall seem uninspired and uninspired. The schnitzel was particularly disappointing – a ready-made product from the freezer that hardly impressed with its taste. Personally, I wouldn't go out to eat for that kind of quality; I can do better at home. The staff makes an effort, although there's still room for improvement in terms of friendliness.
