Catastrophe....I sat there for the umpteenth time...because I let myself be persuaded again. Order a hot latte... The cellar's response was pretty annoyed. I don't know if it's hot, I'll take it out the way it comes out of the machine. I got the answer to the request to make the glass hot. He doesn't have time for something like that, I would probably see that it would be full. .... Excuse me. I come from a service background myself and an answer like that is probably the last thing the customer wants to hear. I thankfully forewent the coffee and apparently he had no problem with it with a cheerful...OK...then not....
