Actually the store didn't deserve a star at all. The delivery service is a disaster. I waited over 1 hour for my order and it never arrived. After 1 hour I got a call that they were at the door so I went downstairs but no one was there. Apparently the address could not be found. After I was called 5 times that they were at the door, I went down 5 times but no one was there. In the end they drove back because I supposedly wasn't at the door. So they drove off again and went to the wrong address again and I came to the door for the 6th time. Unfortunately they weren't there again and after 2 hours and 6 trips to the door I still didn't have any food. The delivery service doesn't know a bit of German and doesn't understand anything at all. Maybe you should hire people as delivery service who also understand the German language. In addition, after the 2 hours I was begged to pay and accept my order. This is really a joke.
