We were there yesterday and ate Peking duck with four people. The 4-course menu was very tasty, we will definitely come back.

The food is really good, but organization is the weakness here. Long waiting times in the barely occupied restaurant, 45 minutes additional waiting time for scheduled orders (and I never write something like that the first time…)

I usually like to go to Goldene Ente. But never again in Bad Ems! I called and pre-ordered. I was then given the wrong food on site and then had to wait another 20 minutes for my food. When I got home, I noticed that the wrong food had been packed in the sealed package (where the food was inside). Since I had ordered for several people and they also ordered dishes without meat, I got a little angry because everything had meat. When I called to complain, they simply said that my food was apparently still there and hadn't been picked up. I ended up paying way more than I got and also wasting over an hour of my time. The food I had at home couldn't be used, so we were still hungry! No understanding shown

Normally I have had good experiences with the golden duck from Koblenz. Cannot be compared with Bad Ems. We waited 2 hours for food, the phone said 1 hour. After calling several times to check the situation, we were brought cold food for €85 and sauces were also forgotten. The full price had to be paid in full, and only after asking were we given a coke as an apology. Never again!

In my opinion the service was very good when the restaurant opened, but unfortunately it is currently the opposite. With every takeaway order you are assured that the food will be ready for collection within 40 minutes. After a total of 1 1/2 the food is still not prepared. We're standing here in the rain now, still waiting. The food is generally very tasty and the price is right, but unfortunately it's still not there :( #Unpleasant

We didn't feel very comfortable in the Golden Ente in Bad Ems. No greeting when you come in. Even when I went to the counter and spoke directly to an employee, it was initially ignored. No attentive service, not a single smile, she just came to our table because she wanted to collect money. The highlight was a loud argument between two employees, so we really thought we had ended up with the hidden camera. Quality of the duck left something to be desired. The vegetables were delicious and the prices were rather cheap. But I wouldn't eat there again for vegetables and a cheap price doesn't make up for not feeling welcome.

Our experience with the Golden Duck delivery service last night was extremely disappointing. We had placed an order for delivery at 6pm and were assured the food would arrive within the hour. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case, and what's worse was that we couldn't even make contact by phone while we waited - instead we were greeted by an answering machine. After over two hours of waiting and feeling hungry, we finally decided to eat bread since we no longer expected our order to even arrive. It wasn't until 9 p.m. that we received a call telling us that only four employees were on duty and that the food could now be prepared if we still wanted it. This significant delay and poor communication from the restaurant ruined our evening. We are extremely disappointed with this service and will definitely look into alternative options for future orders.

The. Food is good and the staff is friendly. The prices are reasonable. The waiting time was extremely long this Sunday and it seemed like the kitchen was a bit overloaded.

We ordered at 5:15 p.m. Now at 7:40 p.m. there is still nothing. Despite calling after the specified time, we were put off for half an hour. This was an hour ago now. The phone is now switched off. We are hungry and angry. Not again!!!

When I went there for dinner with a friend, we were thrilled with the food. The spring rolls, the sushi and also our fried chicken breast fillet as well as the vegetables and the sauces were very tasty. The cappuccino at the end was also very good. Regarding the ambience, I would like to say that since there are quite a few places, it's just not that comfortable. What is unfortunately to be criticized is that our service wasn't really friendly and wasn't very attentive either. We always had to wait quite a long time before she noticed that we wanted to order something else. When we called to pay, she walked past us a few more times and first tapped beer and poured out drinks and brought them to the tables. All in all, we waited a very long time. But the food is highly recommended. The price-performance ratio is also appropriate.

Rarely eaten so well. It was actually really tasty. The portion was just enough. The service was also very nice and you didn't have to wait long for the food. Gladly again!

Through a glass pane separated from the dining room, I was able to take a look at the food being prepared while I waited. The food itself - crispy sweet and sour duck - also corresponded to the offer. Very crispy and tasty and not drowned in too much sauce.

Things weren't so good today (shortage of staff) but they apologized and we will come back.

The best Chinese/Asian place we've ever been. Nothing negative to say at all. It's a shame we live so far away. Otherwise we would become regular guests here. Just so delicious and cheap. Super tasty and inexpensive can hardly be found anywhere today. Great restaurant!!

Das Sushi ist sehr sehr lecker und die Zutaten frisch. Habe hier schon ein paar Mal etwas zum Abholen bestellt und war jedes Mal zufrieden. Werde hier immer wieder essen. :)

Wir waren am Wochenende zum 1. Mal hier. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Essen reichhaltig und frisch. Leider schmeckt es kein bisschen asiatisch. So gut wie gar nicht gewürzt und mein Gericht war einfach nur süß. Schade. Ich denke wir gehen nicht mehr da hint.

Ein wirklich schönes, gepflegtes Restaurant. Die Bedienung sehr nett und hilfsbereit bei der Essen Auswahl, da ich mich nicht entscheiden konnte ☺️. Das Essen(geb.Nudeln mit Ente) war sehr gut, sehr gut gewürzt und eine große Portion. Kann die „GOLDENE ENTE“ nur empfehlen.

Wir haben noch nie so leckeres Curry gegessen bzw. generell so lecker thailändisch gegessen, ist jetzt mein Lieblings asiate!!!! Nur zu empfehlen, mega tolles Essen, sehr tollen Service, sehr schöne Räumlichkeiten! Da fährt man sehr gerne hin, man fühlt sich rund um wohl!

Sehr schönes Restaurant mit eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Mit leisem Hintergrundmusik und einer Kerze, sodass die Stimmung „Romantisch“ ist. Das Essen hat auch sehr gut geschmeckt . Bestellt wurde auch 2 vegetarische Gerichte. Auch wenn die Optionen Minimalistisch sind, hat das erste mal Tofu mit Curry und Gemüse sehr gut geschmeckt. Somit wurde eine erster guter Eindruck hinterlassen vom Essen und Restaurant. Die Bedienung war sehr sehr freundlich, sympathisch und lieb. Sie hat uns nach bitte auch ein Gruppenbild von uns gemacht ☺️

Wir waren gestern Abend zum Essen dort und das Essen war sehr sehr lecker. Leider kam das Essen für zwei Personen nicht zur gleichen Zeit, so dass einer noch eine ganze Weile warten musste was leider etwas schade war. Ansonsten war es sehr gut!!!

Liebe Leserinnen und Leser, ich möchte Ihnen heute eine sehr positive Bewertung über das chinesische Restaurant "Goldene Ente" geben. Ich hatte heute die Gelegenheit, dort die gebratene Ente mit gebratenen Nudeln zu probieren und ich muss sagen, es war einfach köstlich! Die Ente war perfekt zubereitet, saftig und hatte eine knusprige Haut. Der Geschmack war einfach umwerfend. Dazu wurden die gebratenen Nudeln serviert, die eine wunderbare Kombination ergaben. Die Nudeln waren schön gewürzt und hatten eine angenehme Textur. Das Restaurant selbst war einladend. Das Personal vor allem, war freundlich und aufmerksam, und der Service war ausgezeichnet. Die Speisekarte bot eine große Auswahl an chinesischen Gerichten, sodass für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei war. Insgesamt hatte ich einen fantastischen Abend im "Goldene Ente" und kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen. Wenn Sie nach einem authentischen chinesischen Restaurant suchen, das qualitativ hochwertige Gerichte anbietet, dann sollten Sie unbedingt die gebratene Ente mit gebratenen Nudeln probieren. Sie werden es nicht bereuen!

Seeeehr lecker 😋. Haben gebratene Nudeln sowie Reis mit gebackenem Hähnchen zum mitnehmen gekauft einfach Top, sehr Frisch und einfach Lecker. Vorallem die Erdnuss Sauce ist TOP ! 😋🔥 Werden definitiv öfter vorbeikommen - Amerkung: Ein Lieferservice wäre auch noch mega aber ansonsten ist es sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir gehen regelmäßig hier essen und die Nummern (43,53,63 und 73) alle der Hammer. Egal welches Fleisch, diese Soße ist wirklich sehr lecker. Die ErdnussSauce hingegen könnte etwas mehr Erdnussbutter vertragen, sehr flüssig. Die gebackenen WanTan und die Frühlingsrolle sind genauso lecker! Personal ist freundlich, könnte etwas aufmerksamer sein. Teilweise etwas überfordert bei der EC-Karten Zahlung. Fazit: wenn sie einen Lieferdienst hätten würden wir zweimal die Woche bestellen!

Leider stimmt das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Ein anderes Restaurant (Paiwans Thai Kitchen), ist nur 1-2€ teurer und qualitativ und geschmacklich deutlich überlegen.

Ich war äußerst zufrieden mit dem Restaurant. Die Bedienung war sehr nett und freundlich. Das Essen hat hervorragend geschmeckt. Ich fand es klasse, dass die Soße in einer separaten Schale serviert wurde. So blieb das Essen auf dem Teller schön knusprig. Hier werde ich gerne wiederkommen.

Schönes neues Restaurant auf der Wipsch mit Flair. Alles neu umgebaut. Nicht schlecht. Bedienung ist freundlich, den Köchen kann man beim Kochen durch eine Glasscheibe zusehen. Das Essen ist gut und interessant serviert. Wir haben Ente und Huhn probiert. Sehr gut. Portionen sind gut ohne einen zu überfordern. Preise sind angemessen und nicht überteuert. Wir kommen wieder.

Lecker Essen, komisches Ambiente, einige Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten aber lecker Essen und darauf kommt‘s in erster Linie an…

Wir waren schon öfter dort essen, es war immer gut. Haben die besten Frühlingsrollen im ganzen Kreis. Das Mittagsbuffett gibt es leider nicht mehr, dafür eine Mittagskarte. Essen ist nach wie vor sehr gut. Auch die Goldenen Ente in Koblenz/Arzheim ist sehr zu empfehlen (gleicher Besitzer). Essen und die Aussicht sind super.

Ich habe mich so auf die goldene Ente gefreut weil ich nur positives gehört habe. Das Highlight soll wohl eine Ente sein. Wir waren zu dritt und hatten alle ein Menü in dem in Ente enthalten war. Und zwei Menüs war die Ente viel zu fettig und generell ist die Ente viel zu knusprig, das war wirklich nicht sehr angenehm.

Essen sehr lecker nur zum empfehlen Portion ausreichen preislich etwas über dem normal Asiaten aber passt im Großen und Ganzen mit 3 Personen 50€ akzeptabel Aber was vorallem heraussticht ist das Personal sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend sowohl ( ich nehme an der Chef ) als auch die zwei Kellnerinnen sehr nett und aufmerksam sowohl was die Bestellung angeht oder auch das Wohlbefinden auf alles wurde geachtet Als sie bemerkten das man trotz schlechtem Wetter draußen sitzen wollte wurden die Tische direkt umgestellt damit man nicht nass wird oder auch als sie bemerkt haben das man eine rauchen wollte und etwas von anderen Gästen weggegangen ist kamen sie direkt mit einem Achenbecher hinterher Gerne wieder 🙏🏻

Super leckeres Essen, furchtbar unfreundlicher (inkompetenter) Service.

Ich habe mich gefreut dort etwas zu bestellen. Leider war die Portion überschaubar,das Fleisch sehr trocken. Ich zahle gerne mal ein wenig mehr wenn die Qualität stimmt, leider bei meiner Bestellung überhaupt nicht der Fall. Schade.
