We were really super satisfied. The friendliness, very attentive. The food was freshly prepared. A few dishes, completely sufficient for us, because it should taste good and that was definitely the case. The furnishings are very comfortable, everything is clean. If we go on holiday in the Thuringian Forest again, we'll eat at the "Schmelztiegel".

Was probably the first customer in the afternoon. The kebab skewer was only lit when I came in. The meat wasn't very good, especially a bit dried out, a shame

Cozy, small country inn with wonderful food at reasonable prices. (Roulade with dumplings and red cabbage). We were passing through and discovered the house by chance. Mainly local guests. Nice and friendly service. Can only be recommended!
