Super authentic and homemade Thuringian dishes! Anyone who leaves the main road and turns into the town to the inn will not be disappointed! Lots of regulars there, which speaks highly of the restaurant! If we visit there again on vacation we would definitely come back!!!

Very great restaurant, great ambience, large selection of food, really great and very tasty food and there was nothing to complain about in terms of service either. There were about twenty of us and we ordered a la cart. The food came to the table in a reasonable time and everything ran quickly and professionally. All of our guests were also very satisfied. A big compliment to the entire team. We would love to come back, this wasn't our first visit to this great location. Highly recommended.

Very great restaurant, owner always friendly.

All I can say about the restaurant is: never again! Tried it once because it seemed like a nice spot. Ordered schnitzel with mushrooms and it was delicious until it ended up in some side alley 3 hours later and then in the toilet. This makes one question the operators' knowledge of mushrooms. Nightmare stuff like that!

Here you can still get very good German home cooking because the mother cooks. It is always very lovingly decorated. A small family business. Be sure to reserve in advance. The menu also changes every week. The price-performance ratio is top. 👍

Unfortunately our visit to this restaurant was very disappointing. The first impression was still positive. However, we immediately noticed an extremely unappetizing vinegar and oil dispenser on the table, on which a clear layer of mold had formed. One meal was completely forgotten. It can happen sometimes, but our request was accepted without comment. An apology or a kind word would be appropriate. When I asked the second time, the answer was vague and it was currently being prepared. Two dishes were not fully cooked and not even on the second attempt. An apology? None. The noodles in the pasta dish were cooked mushy, which is probably the compensation. The sauces look like they come out of the bag, and the dumplings probably do too. In return, you can look forward to generous prices.

Our food was prepared quickly, was fresh, tasty and easy to digest. The boys were nice. You can eat well here, but I'm still missing something for 5 stars.

Okay, the location is very good, especially when the weather is nice, but the quality of the food is not very good. A lot of ready-made sauces, no love in the dishes, ingredients lean and presentation was also very weak.
